Terms of Use

1. What PocoStep is

PocoStep is a productivity and self-organization tool. It supports tasks, reminders, focus, hydration, energy check-ins, personalization, Android home-screen widgets, and optional AI assistance. You are responsible for how you use the app and for keeping access to your device and account secure.

2. Not professional or emergency support

PocoStep is not medical care, therapy, diagnosis, treatment, crisis support, legal advice, financial advice, or other professional advice. It is not designed for emergencies. If you may be in danger or need urgent help, contact local emergency services or an appropriate qualified professional.

3. AI suggestions

AI features are optional and only run when you start them. AI suggestions may be wrong, incomplete, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing suggestions and deciding whether to use them before acting. Do not rely on PocoStep's AI for professional decisions or emergency support.

4. Local data

PocoStep stores task and related planning data locally and does not sync your task list to our servers as a background or account-sync feature. Deleting the app, clearing app data, resetting your device, or losing your device may permanently remove local data. See our Privacy Policy for details about information handling.

5. Subscriptions and billing

Subscriptions are billed through Google Play and are subject to its billing terms. You can manage or cancel a subscription through your Google Play account. Deleting the app, resetting local data, or deleting your PocoStep account does not cancel a Google Play subscription.

After cancellation, access to premium features may continue until the end of the paid billing period, depending on Google Play's rules. Refunds and billing questions are handled under the applicable Google Play policies.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse PocoStep, interfere with its operation or security, attempt unauthorized access, use it to violate the law or others' rights, or use automated means to overload the service. You may not copy, sell, reverse engineer, or redistribute the app except where the law expressly allows it.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep PocoStep useful and available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change, stop, or become unavailable. We may update the app and these terms over time. Updated terms will be posted with a new effective date, and continued use after they take effect means you accept them.

8. Our responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, PocoStep is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties that it will meet every need or produce a particular result. We are not responsible for losses caused by reliance on AI suggestions, loss of local device data, service interruptions, or use outside the purposes described in these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

9. Ending use

You may stop using PocoStep at any time. We may suspend or end access to online features if you seriously or repeatedly violate these terms, create security risks, or use the service unlawfully. Subscription cancellation must still be completed through Google Play.
